K-12 CURRICULUM SUPPORT
We conduct curriculum audits alongside school teams highlighting strengths and gaps, make recommendations for curricula that support strong instruction, and create unit sequence rollups to support strong, aligned instruction.
VIRTUAL LEADERSHIP/TEACHER COACHING
Our team conducts support cycles with leaders and teachers. We aim to equip leaders with instructional look-fors, as well as protocols for developing teacher mindset and shift practice over time to accelerate student learning. We support teachers with planning and instructional execution which precedes student gains.

AEC consultants are content experts, poised to support school teams by identifying the highest leverage indicators in classrooms and with school climate and culture. Our team leverages AEC's content focused rubrics, identifying indicators connected to management and culture, rigor, academic ownership, and student learning that support school teams in taking action to drive student learning.
